Developed through a high-level collaboration between the Kerala State IT Mission, Digital University Kerala, and C-DIT, the app streamlines governance by bringing various state services together under one digital roof. By prioritizing efficiency and transparency, this innovative system ensures that administration is more citizen-centric than ever before, empowering the people of Kerala with seamless access to government resources at their fingertips.

Kerala IT is proud to announce a transformative addition to the state’s digital landscape. Technopark has entered into a strategic partnership with the HiLITE Group to launch ‘Yoo Hub Trivandrum’ - a premier IT infrastructure project at the Phase III campus.
In a global first for the internationally renowned design brand YOO, this marks their first-ever branded IT Park collaboration, setting a new global benchmark for quality and vision right here in Kerala.

🏗️ Project at a Glance:

Scale: 5.15 Lakh sq. ft. of Grade-A IT space.
Vertical Growth: Basement + Ground + 16 Floors.
Employment: Expected to generate ~4,000 direct IT jobs.
Timeline: Completion targeted within 3 years.

The MoU was exchanged between Shri Sandip Kumar IAS (CEO, Technopark) and Shri Ajil Muhammed (CEO, HiLITE Group), in the presence of Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS (Special Secretary, IT) and senior officials from the IT ecosystem.

This project reinforces Kerala IT’s commitment to providing world-class infrastructure and accelerating the state’s journey toward becoming a premier global digital economy hub.

The official launch of the 'Nammude Keralam' mobile app and web portal, which makes various services of the Kerala Government available on a single platform, is taking place.
Hon. Kerala Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan will perform the inauguration of the project on February 24, 2026, at 4 PM at the Nishagandhi Auditorium, Thiruvananthapuram. To enhance the charm of the inaugural ceremony, there will also be a musical feast led by the famous film star and playback singer Shri Vineeth Sreenivasan.

Brigade Group has significantly bolstered its presence in Kerala with the foundation stone-laying ceremony and Bhoomi Puja for its flagship World Trade Center (WTC) at the Technopark Phase I campus.

This landmark development is set to rise 20 stories high, supported by four basement levels, and is designed to function as a global business hub that attracts international investment to the capital. The ceremony featured the unveiling of a commemorative plaque by Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary of the Department of Electronics & IT.

In tandem with this milestone, the Group also inaugurated Brigade Square, a 1.85 lakh sq. ft. IT building situated near Technopark’s Park Centre. This new facility was officially opened by Technopark CEO Shri Sandip Kumar, IAS, alongside Brigade Enterprises Executive Chairman Shri M.R. Jaishankar. Highlighting the long-term vision for the region, WTC President Shri Hrishikesh Nair outlined a strategic roadmap aimed at developing a comprehensive infrastructure ecosystem that enables global enterprises to thrive within Thiruvananthapuram’s growing tech landscape.

Kerala, a state that has guided the nation in countless fields, is preparing to repeat history by rewriting the framework of governance. Through the unified service delivery platform 'Nammaude Keralam App,' everything from grievance redressal to public discussion is being brought under one roof. This is a unique administrative model that strengthens democratic values by ensuring transparency in governance, fostering civic consciousness and social responsibility among the people, and making them active participants in the development process.
Through the 'Nammaude Keralam' app, more than a hundred services are becoming accessible to the public with a single click. Government department services, grievance redressal, and booking appointments to meet officials will now be at one's fingertips. There is also an opportunity for the public to share ideas and be part of development activities through campaigns and competitions.

The main feature of the app is a simple interface and design that can be used by everyone. The 'Nammaude Keralam' app is designed by giving top priority to privacy and security. Through this platform, it is possible to receive timely updates on services, contact officials directly, and submit complaints. In addition to the mobile app, these same services will be available on the 'Nammaude Keralam' web portal.

The 'Nammaude Keralam' mobile app has been developed by the Digital University under the leadership of the Kerala State IT Mission for the IT Department. Services have been coordinated in the mobile app in collaboration with various departments. The app will be available on Android and Apple platforms in the coming days.
