The IGP (Training & Armed Police), Assam, visited the Academy and attended the 10 km road run with the trainees. Thereafter he interacted with the officers and other trainees.

During the session, he briefed them on the upcoming Legislative Assembly Election and outlined the responsibilities expected from them during election duty. As this will be their first exposure to election deployment, he emphasized the importance of neutrality, discipline, professionalism, and strict adherence to the Model Code of Conduct.

He encouraged the officers to uphold the highest standards of integrity and preparedness to ensure peaceful, free, and fair elections.

We were truly blessed to have had the presence and blessings of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, to grace this momentous occasion  .

The parade ground is ready. The formations are flawless. Pride, discipline, and precision were on full display today as the final rehearsal for the Goa Police Passing Out Parade concluded successfully.

This prestigious event will be held in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam and the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, marking another proud moment in our journey of training and preparing the nation’s finest.

We now look forward to the grand parade, where the newest guardians of law and order will step forward to serve with courage and commitment.
