Attend Sahaja Yoga meditation today at 8 PM India time. This session is for all those who have attended sahaja yoga sessions before. Begins sharp at 8 pm and gets over by 8:45-8:50 pm. It is a simple format. Bandhan followed by 3 mahamantras. Then we will do some balancing and get into a meditative state . In that state listen to a brief speech of Shri Mataji for about 20+ minutes. Continue to meditate for 10 more minutes and raise kundalini, take bandhan and conclude.
