Nagaland. Deaf Biblical Ministry was established by Rev. Yanger Walling & Amongla in 1987.

They were based in Bangalore before they were called by the Lord to minister to the deaf children in Nagaland. Until then, there were no churches or schools or any provisions for the Deaf in Nagaland. In 1987, the Deaf church and school began with 5 little kids. It continues to be the only school and church for the Deaf in the entire state of Nagaland. Today, the Ministry owns its own land and has

about 150 church members. The children continue to grow spiritually, mentally and spiritually. The Lord has been faithful and has led us through many years of joy and difficulties. We acknowledge that it is only through God's grace that we have come this far. May the Lord continue to do with the ministry as He pleases!
