🚜🌾 Thrilled to share that the Day 1 Exhibition cm Sale program of Farm Machinery in Nalbari received an enthusiastic response from the public, highlighting the importance of supporting farmers in enhancing their farm income through mechanization. Organised by Integra Micro Systems with FairClimateFund (FCF) India & under the Xamahar challenge fund initiative, supported by Government of Assam, World Bank, and managed by ARIAS Society under APART , the event showcased popular farm equipment and facilitated immediate purchases by farmers.

Gold Standard Carbon Project Design Consultation: Hats off to Xamahar project consortium partners Integra and FCF India for orchestrating a successful Design Consultation meeting for the Gold Standard Carbon Project. Named "GHG Reductions with Better Irrigation Practices in Rice Cultivation," this micro-scale Programme of Activities (mPoA) aims to revolutionize water management in rice cultivation, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

3. Triumphant Conclusion of Agri Value Chain Financing Conclave: The year concluded with triumph as the final workshop of the four planned conclaves unfolds. These gatherings, spanning multiple districts of Assam, witnessed resounding success in Silchar, Jorhat, and Lakhimpur. In collaboration with APART, the Morigaon District Agriculture Office orchestrated the 'Agri Value Chain Financing Conclave,' emphasizing modern agricultural systems and schemes, propelling farmers forward step by step.

Xamahar project partner & social investing P2P lending platform Rang De has launched Northeast Fund - a dedicated fund to enable potato farmers and other agri-value chains of the Northeast by access to affordable credit. The fund has already raised over Rs 1.09 crore from 3,026 investors and aims to raise Rs 5 crore over the next three months. We wish the Rang De team the best of luck.
