Under the national Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari drive, our dedicated Resource Persons (RP Group) joined hands with local residents and public representatives for a major water conservation campaign! 🤝🌱
Resource Persons are leading from the front—educating households, organizing community groups, and ensuring every drop of monsoon rain is conserved.
Key Highlights of the Program:
🔹 Door-to-Door RWH Awareness: RPs explained simple, low-cost Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) methods for rooftops.
🔹 Recharge Pit Identification: Mapping suitable spots in households and public spaces to construct soak pits and recharge wells.
🔹 Water Pledge (Jal Pratigya): Citizens and RPs took a collective pledge to stop water wastage and protect groundwater.
🔹 Community Action: Mobilizing women and SHG groups to turn water management into a household priority.

Building Water Security through Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari
Our Sachivalayam Staff, alongside dedicated local residents, came together to lead the "Catch the Rain" awareness and implementation drive! 🤝🌱
Under the flagship Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari campaign, we are turning water conservation into a true Jan Andolan (mass movement) to recharge our groundwater levels and safeguard our community's water future.
Key On-Ground Actions Taken:
🔹 Door-to-Door Awareness: Educating households on low-cost rooftop Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) structures.
🔹 Groundwater Recharge: Identifying and constructing recharge pits, shafts, and restoring local water structures with community support.
🔹 Pledge & Community Action: Sachivalayam staff, ward members, and citizens united to take a water conservation pledge.
A big thank you to all our Sachivalayam Secretaries, Volunteers, and Local Citizens who made this drive a grand success. Water security starts right at our doorstep!

​Eluru Municipal Corporation successfully concluded its intensive month-long 'Operation Clean Sweep' today with a grand closing ceremony. Over the past month, our dedicated teams worked tirelessly day and night to transform our city's cleanliness and civic infrastructure.
​Key Achievements of the Month-Long Drive:

​🛣️ Extensive road sweeping and cleaning across all major stretches.

​🌊 Thorough drain desilting to ensure smooth water flow and prevent logging.

​🏢 Streamlining waste management systems for bulk waste generators.

​🚫 Complete transformation and clearing of Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVPs).
