Chief Minister Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan flagged off 2 barges built by Kerala Shipping & Inland Navigation Corporation Ltd on January 1, 2024. These barges are built for providing fuel to ships anchored offshore and transporting fuel to industrial establishments. Built at a cost of ₹19.84 Cr, it will boost Kerala's economy by enabling better transportation of goods through its waterways.

Kerala Shipping and Inland Navigation Corporation Limited (KSINC) is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Cruise Manager to join our team and lead the helm of our exciting cruise operations at Marine Drive, Kochi.

Position: Cruise Manager
Vacancies: 1
Nature of Appointment: On contract for one year, likely to be extended based on performance
Monthly Pay: Rs.30,000/- consolidated
Allowances and Benefits: Reimbursement of traveling expenses, 15 days leave per year, no additional benefits or allowances

Educational Qualification:
• Degree in Travel & Tourism with two years of experience
• MBA Specialization and Experience in Travel & Tourism (added advantage)
• Attractive personality and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications
Experience: Minimum two years in marketing, travel, and tourism, with expertise in managing cruise vessels and designing tour packages.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Category: Open/General

Job Profile:
• Overall management of cruise operations and vessels as required by the management
• Planning and formulating both normal and special cruise packages
• Marketing cruise packages effectively
• Coordinating with vessel managing agencies, artists, entertainers, caterers, etc.
After screening and shortlisting, eligible candidates will be called for an interview.
