State central library team with a reading mission and inculcation of reading habit through storytelling and other activities at remote government schools in west Sikkim.
The program aims to give exposure to school Children by conducting various creative literary & cultural activities . The main objective of this venture is to nurture young talents in far flung areas and encourage them to come ahead in life . It is also an attempt to bring meaningful interaction of readers and writers while showcasing our rich culture and traditions .
