House of Neol Sharma Attached by State Bank of Sikkim Over Loan Default

The house of Neol Sharma at Lingding has attached by the State Bank of Sikkim following a loan default. According to Bank he had taken a principal loan amount of ₹2 crore in 2019 and an additional ₹1 crore in 2021. Due to failure to repay the dues, the bank initiated attachment proceedings against the property.

The house of Chungchung Shangderpa located at Upper Sichey, Gangtok has been attached by the State Bank of Sikkim following a loan default.
According to Bank, the borrower had taken a principal loan amount of ₹1.20 crore in 2009.
After failure to repay the outstanding dues, the bank initiated attachment proceedings against the property as per banking regulations.
