A 24-year-old MBA student from Tripura died after being stabbed during a racist attack in Dehradun. Anjel Chakma passed away in hospital on Friday after battling for life for more than 14 days. The incident took place on December 9 in the Selaqui area, when a routine visit to a local market turned into a violent confrontation.

Anjel and his younger brother Michael were stopped by a group of men who allegedly hurled racial slurs at them. Witnesses said the men referred to the brothers as “Chinese”.

Built under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, the Assam Bio-Refinery Project marks a milestone addition to the Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), which itself was established as part of the historic Assam Accord.

A 17-day drama came to an end. The play was written by husband-killer Sonam Raghuvanshi. Meghalaya police have arrested Sonam, who killed her husband in Shillong on her honeymoon.

Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi got married on May 11, 2025 in Indore. The marriage was held with the consent of both families and both of them. They then arrived in Shillong on May 22, They were staying at a home stay in Shillong.

They then left for Naugrit village near Cherrapunji on May 23, They were on a scooter to the scene. They were both missing afterwards.Sonam's jacket was found in a deep ditch in Cherrapunji. Police found blood stains on the jacket. The Meghalaya police were suspicious of the incident.

Raja and Sonam were spending the last day of their honeymoon in Shillong on May At 1:13 pm that day, Raja spoke to his mother for 2 minutes and 18 seconds.Shortly before that, at 12:37 pm, Sonam also spoke to her mother-in-law for 2 minutes and 4 seconds.

According to the family, they were returning from the mountain, and spoke to each other on the phone for the last time during this time.
Everyone thought someone had killed the couple. But the opposite turned out to be the case.

Police arrested his wife Sonam along with the killers at a dhaba in Ghazipur. Then came the cat of Jolonga. Sonam slowly opens her mouth in front of the police.

Sonam has revealed that her husband Raja was killed in her plan. Among the three killers is Sonam's ex-boyfriend. His name is Raj Kushwaha. Her husband Raja was killed in Cherrapunji in collusion with Raj Kushwaha. Police are also questioning the young man.
