Mount Camet Public School Celebrates Annual Sports Day 2025 with Grandeur and Spirit

Mount Camet Public School, Goregaon, transformed its campus into a vibrant arena of athleticism and camaraderie as it celebrated its Annual Sports Day 2025 on December 27. The event was a spectacular showcase of talent, discipline, and the indomitable spirit of the students.
Dignitaries Grace the Occasion
The event was honored by the presence of a galaxy of distinguished guests from the Sahayog Group. The ceremony was inaugurated by the Honourable Shri Ramanji Ramade sir, Founder of Sahayog Group, who performed the traditional Ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The event was successfully led by the school’s leadership team: Mrs Linta Lokhande Ma’am, Head Mistress, and Miss Anita Kulkarni ma’am, Principal.
A Display of Precision and Grace
The day commenced with a powerful March Past, where the Student Council and five house cadets marched with meticulous precision, reflecting their discipline. Following this, the Mashal Rally took place, featuring the "school feathers"—students who have brought laurels to the institution—carrying the sports torch as a symbol of grit and sportsmanship.
The cultural-physical displays captivated the audience:
Tiny Tots (Pre-Primary):* Performed a vibrant Ribbon Drill.
*Grade 4 & 5*: Executed an energetic Pom-pom Drill.
*Grade 7, 8 & 9*: Showcased the traditional Lezim, leaving the dignitaries and parents spellbound with their rhythm.
*Competitions and Results*
Students participated in a variety of track and field events with high competitive spirit. Not to be left out, parents also joined the fray in specially organized "Parent Games," participating with immense enthusiasm.
The day concluded with the much-awaited Prize Distribution Ceremony. Winners and runners-up were bestowed with medals and certificates by the guests.
*Best House Trophy 2025: Awarded to Subhash Chandra Bose House* for their consistent performance throughout the year.
The event was hosted with seamless flow by Miss Vidyeshri Rahangdale and Miss Trupti Bisen. The day wrapped up with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks proposed by Miss Suhana Katre, who acknowledged the month-long tireless efforts of the teaching and non-teaching staff.
