Formation of ‘ANDHRA PRADESH GRAMEENA BANK’

The general public, customers, stakeholders, and all concerned are hereby informed that as per the Gazette Notification No. S.O. 1625(E) dated 05.04.2025, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, the following four Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) operating in Andhra Pradesh will be amalgamated into a single Regional Rural Bank:
1. Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank (APGB)
2. Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (APGVB)
3. Chaitanya Godavari Grameena Bank (CGGB)
4. Saptagiri Grameena Bank (SGB)

With effect from 1st May 2025, the above RRBs will operate as a single entity named as:
Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank,
A Government Undertaking Sponsored by Union Bank of India

★ Important Information for Customers:
• There is no change in account numbers, IFSC codes, or branch locations at present.
• All existing deposit accounts, loans, and services will continue uninterrupted.
• Customers can continue using their cheque books, passbooks, ATM cards and Digital Services.
• The newly formed bank will ensure seamless banking services with enhanced operational efficiency

As a part of Swachhata Pakhwada 2025 from 16.01.2025 to 31.01.2025, Head Office Kadapa had conducteda plantation program at MCHS, Gandhi Nagar, Kadapa, on 26.01.2025. The program was attended by Chairman, Sri Satyaprakash Singh, and General Managers, Sri Harkeshwar Prasad, Sri R. Giri, and Sri P. R. Padgetwar, along with other staff members. Furthermore, Chairman Sri Satyaprakash Singh distributed the prizes to the winners of the painting competition held at the School by our Bank on 24.01.2025.
