ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ "ਤਕਸੀਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਕਸੀਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਮਾਲ, ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੰਡੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਕਸੀਮ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ, ਇਕਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂਬੱਧ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਮਾਲਕ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਲਿੰਕ (https://jamabandi.punjab.gov.in/RequestForPartition.aspx) ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਤਕਸੀਮ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ 'ਤੇ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Following the announcement of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann regarding "Takseem Scheme", the revenue department has issued detailed guidelines to streamline the process of Family land Partition. Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian said that crystal clear guidelines have been issued to all the Deputy Commissioners to ensure transparency, uniformity and timely disposal of family land partition cases across the state. He added that land owners can also directly file their partition applications through a special website link (https://jamabandi.punjab.gov.in/RequestForPartition.aspx) and the application will be processed within 30 days.
