Shera Di City : Gurdaspur Gurdaspur is a part of "MAJHA" region of Punjab and peoples of this region mainly known as " MAJHIS" or 'MAJHELS' peoples. It is a city of many villages.

"GURDASPUR" is the old civilization city from aa long ancient times.There are many old monuments and historical place like old churchs, gurudawaras and some historical buildings.This is a prosperity rich and legend city of the living legends like BEANT SINGH AND SATWANT SINGH.This city is close to the border area of pakistan.In ancient times this is a part of old punjab (pakistan) and now after pa

rtition in 1950's it becmes a part of civilized punjab (india).There is a small town near it named "QADIAN" which is also very old historical city of muslims in ancient period.There is a place of muslim where a very old mecca had made there in very past time and every year the muslims from the different parts of the world comes here on their big religious festivals.
