Our students from Mera Sahara recently joined hands with SEAA Trust and Arty Hearty Retreats, Hope Society Noida, for a meaningful tree plantation drive.

Through planting, learning and creating, our children discovered the importance of trees and their role in protecting our planet. More than planting saplings, the day was about nurturing responsibility, environmental consciousness and hope for a greener future. 🌍

A heartfelt thank you to our partners for creating this wonderful opportunity for our children to learn, participate and become young ambassadors for our planet. 🌱

Today’s saplings, tomorrow’s forests. 🌳

JWP Conducted a Wings of Hope Workshop at Jangid Brahman Senior Secondary School, Gurugram, where we discussed menstrual health, hygiene practices, and the importance of ending stigma through open conversations.
As part of the initiative, reusable cloth sanitary pads were distributed to encourage safe, sustainable, and affordable menstrual hygiene solutions.
Grateful to the school, students, and everyone who contributed to making this meaningful session possible. Together, we can build a future where every girl manages her period with confidence, dignity, and knowledge.

The conversations we have with boys today shape the communities we live in tomorrow.

JWP’s first workshop with adolescent boys, in collaboration with Verdict Today The Verdict Today , was a reminder that creating change starts with creating space.

Led by Adv. Madhulika, the session explored the POCSO Act, children’s legal rights, gender stereotypes, and gave the boys an opportunity to reflect on something equally important, their own dreams and aspirations.

Too often, boys are expected to “just know” how to navigate respect, relationships, emotions, and responsibility. But these conversations aren’t automatic, they need spaces where they can be asked, explored, and understood.

Because when we raise boys who question stereotypes, understand boundaries, and dream without limiting others, we’re not just changing individual mindsets, we’re building stronger, safer communities.

Here’s to many more conversations that matter.

What conversation do you wish every young boy had growing up?

We partnered with Verdict Journal for our first meeting with young men from Nithari, launching our JWP Champions of Change boys’ group. Together, we’re building a space where men and boys learn to understand women’s issues, stand against violence, and embrace equality. Because true change begins when every voice in the community becomes a voice for respect and understanding.

Our JWP team recently participated in a fun and engaging workshop facilitated by Rajendra Ji from Baliga Trust.
Through interactive activities and shared learning, we explored the importance of effective communication and discovered creative ways to make awareness sessions and learning experiences more engaging for children.
Every opportunity to learn strengthens our ability to serve our communities better. Here’s to continuing to grow together, inspire one another, and create a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families we work with.
