A total of 55 Officers and Officials participated in today’s One-Day Workshop on HRMS Portal Functions, organized by me at HIPA Hisar.
The live demonstrations of various sub-modules, coupled with doubt-clearing sessions, encouraged participants to practice and perform the functions independently. Earlier, many of them had frequently reported issues to the Helpdesk and faced considerable difficulties, but today’s workshop helped them gain confidence and commitment to handle the portal functions on their own.

✨ *Capacity Building in Action!*
From 21st to 23rd July, the Faculty of Financial Management, HIPA organised an intensive course on Income Tax Computation & e‑Filing (ITR).
*43 Officers and Officials participated with dedication.*
💡 Expert interactions by Sh. V. P. Asija, Sh. Sunil Kumar, and Dr. Lalit Kumar covered the New Income Tax Act 2025, DDO functions, and practical demonstrations on ITR filing & TDS compliance.
✅ Over 100 queries resolved and 6 Income Tax notices responded on the spot, strengthening compliance and confidence among government offices.

A big appreciation received in feedback forms responded on HIPA portal, for the faculty, HIPA, and the team members involved in it from the participants for making this program impactful and solution‑oriented! 🌟

53 officers and officials working with Medical Reimbursement Cases at their workplaces are trained with 10 continuous training sessions with different 4 expert faculties on Medical Reimbursement Rules and Audit. They are exposed to complete processes in different Medical Reimbursement Cases from receiving claims till verifying all checks!

I’ve been invited as a Resource Person to deliver a session on “Artificial Intelligence Tools for Teaching and Research” on 1st July (10:30 am – 12:30 pm) in the Online Refresher Course “Transforming Higher Education in the Digital Age: Innovation, Research and Academic Excellence” under the UGC–MMTTP (22 June – 07 July 2026) by *Ramanujan College, University of Delhi*
This opportunity will allow me to interact with faculty members on emerging trends, innovative pedagogy, digital transformation, and NEP 2020 implementation. Looking forward to meaningful discussions and practical insights with AI tools! *I have also sought approval for it through email today.*

*3-Days Course on "Income Tax Computation (Old and New Tax Regimes) and e-filing Income Tax Return (ITR) (July 21-23, 2026)"*
It is must to equip participants with in‑depth knowledge of tax computation under both regimes, hands‑on skills for accurate e‑filing of Income Tax Returns, performing functions in officers w.r.t. Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) with practical scenarios and problem-solving aspects.
