📚 Industry–Academia Interaction | OPPI–NIPER Hajipur

NIPER Hajipur successfully hosted an industry interaction session on Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and evidence-based healthcare decision-making under the OPPI–NIPER Hajipur collaboration.

We sincerely thank Dr. Sameer Gokhale, Director, Asia-Pacific, MSD Pharmaceuticals, and Ms. Nidhi Roy Sharma, Associate Director – Policy, Patient Advocacy & Sustainability, MSD, for sharing valuable industry perspectives and engaging with our students and research scholars.

The insightful sessions highlighted the practical application of HEOR/HTA and the importance of evidence in healthcare decision-making, further strengthening industry–academia engagement under the OPPI umbrella.

An awareness rally on cleanliness was organised at NIPER Hajipur on 29 September 2026 as part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026.

Students, teaching and non-teaching staff, security guards and housekeeping staff actively participated in the rally, spreading the message of cleanliness and collective responsibility.

As part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026, a creative activity was carried out by the students of NIPER Hajipur on 23 September 2026, showcasing the importance of cleanliness, sustainability and a green campus.

Students creatively used waste materials to decorate the campus and create seating arrangements near the badminton playground, giving discarded materials a useful and aesthetic purpose.

The initiative highlighted the message of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle” and reinforced the importance of keeping the campus clean, green and sustainable.
