Heartfelt gratitude from the Gujarat Natural Farming Science University and the Natural Farming Family to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendra Patel, the Hon'ble Agriculture Minister, Jitu Vaghani and the entire Agriculture Department.

We sincerely welcome and appreciate the landmark decision of the Government of Gujarat to recognize the B.Sc. Ag. (Hons.) Natural Farming as equivalent to a B. Sc. Agriculture from an Agricultural University. This historic step will secure a brighter future for students of the world's first Gujarat Natural Farming Science University and provide a significant boost to natural farmi across India.

The Natural Farming movement, inspired by the vision of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for global welfare, has been strengthened through the outstanding contribution of the Government of Gujarat and the invaluable guidance of Hon. Governor Shri Acharya Devvrat Ji, whose leadership has played a pivotal role in promoting natural farming across the country.

Protecting nature is a divine responsibility, and this visionary decision by the Government of Gujarat will become a milestone in advancing sustainable and natural farming in India.

🌱 Mission LiFE – International Year of Women Farmers 2026 - Khet Bachao Abhiyan - Environmental Awareness Campaign 🌍

On the occasion of World Environment Day and the International Year of Women Farmers 2026, Gujarat Natural Farming Science University, Halol in collaboration with District Administration- Panchmahal, Social Forestry Department and Anandi, successfully organized the Mission LiFE Environmental Awareness Campaign and Natural Farming Dialogue.

The event was graced by Shri Rameshbhai katara, Hon'ble Minister of State (Agriculture) GoG, as the Chief Guest.

Distinguished dignitaries including Shri Niraj Patel (President, District Panchayat Panchmahal), Shri Jaydrathsinhji Parmar (MLA, Halol), Shri Mayank Desai (President, BJP Panchmahal), Shri Mahendrasingh Chavda (Vice President, District Panchayat Panchmahal), Shri Nishaben Desai (President, Halol Nagar Palika), Shri Niru Ben Bariya (President, Halol Taluka Panchayat), Resident Collector Panchmahal, District Development Officer Panchmahal, Deputy Conservator of Forests Panchmahal, and other esteemed guests enriched the occasion with their presence.
