"Hampi by Sky" Event has been inaugurated by H'ble Deputy commissioner, Vijayanagara District in the presence of CEO Zilla panchayat,Deputy Director Tourism, Tahsildar Hospet and other Government officials.
"Hampi by Sky" A Helicopter ride to enjoy the Aerial View of Hampi on the occasion of Hampi Utsav 2024.
A Helicopter ride is open to the public and this event runs from 1st February to 5th February (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) . The ride is for an 8 minute journey including take off and landing. The cost per person per ride is Rs.4300/- (no additional cost for a child below 2years and it is mandatory to submit ID proof).

Location: Hotel Mayura Bhuvaneshwari ground, Kamalapura, Vijayanagara Dt.

Hampi Utsava 2024: This year Hampi Utsav is scheduled for the dates February 2nd, 3rd and 4th and it will be inaugurated by the H'ble Chief Minister Siddaramaiah Sir. Hampi Utsava a 3-day cultural extravaganza showcasing the artistic richness of Karnataka within the backdrop of Vijayanagara Empire.

Some of the events include: Tunga Aarati, Grand procession,Cultural Shows,Competitions, Flowers show, Rural sports, Fireworks, Exhibitions, ‘Hampi by Sky‘ Helicopter ride, Light and Sound Show, Food Courts, Puppet shows, Music performances, farmers program, wrestling, bullock cart show, dog show, Drama, street performances from Karnataka and other regions of India and etc.
