📚 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਬੋਝ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦੱਬ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ,ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ,!

ਇਸ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਏ 65 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੈਰ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਲਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਕਦੋਂ ਕੱਢੇ?

👉 ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਕੰਮ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਜੇ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਨਵੇਂ ਗੈਰ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕੀ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਬੋਝ ਵਧਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਅਸਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਵੇਗਾ।

ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ, ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਦਿਓ। 📚
