Today, it has come to the notice of Hyderabad Traffic Police that one false news is spread in media.
That Tolichowki Traffic Police officers booked a false Drunken Drive case against a pillion rider of motorcycle when he denied to give money.
Facts of the issue are that that on 9/12/2019 night the person by name V. Vishal, Age 24 years R/o Langar House was coming from Tipu Khan Bridge side towards Langar House with his friends in triple riding, without helmet on motor cycle. On seeing the Traffic Police from a distance, the driver Vishal stopped the vehicle and handed over vehicle to his friend. This was noticed by our cut off party HG officer and informed over communication set to Inspector and SI Ailaiah of Tr. PS. Tolichowki, who were doing DD Check and they produced Vishal before Inspector Tolichowki. He was subjected to breath analysis test in which his BAC level 77 mg. which is quite high. After that Vishal started argument with Police that he was not driving vehicle and his friend drove the vehicle. Then Vishal along with his friends started creating big nuisance and abused the officers on duty. Tolichowki Traffic Police maintained decorum and requested Langar House Law and Order Police to take him away. HG officer Jagan lodged a complaint with Langar House Police for taking necessary action. Langar House L&O Police booked a case against him.
The Drive against the Drunken Driving is done for the safety of the commuters and to prevent road accidents.
Hyderabad Traffic Police strongly condemn the behavior of Vishal and request the citizens not to believe the false news intended to dent the image of Hyderabad Traffic Police and not to spread the false news in Social Media.
