To enable Public to enroll themselves as active Partners in policing activities through community policing initiatives. Enable the public to give the feedback on quality of various services provided by Police and to communicate their appreciation to the Police Personnel for the good work turned out by Police for strengthening the safety and security of the people. To enable the Police to transform themselves into tech savvy Police Organizations and be a part of modern day community interfaces.

POLICE MARKET ARRESTED A PERSON WHO CREATED FEAR AND DISTURBANCE IN THE PUBLIC AND MADE A FAKE CALL WITH A CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION REGARDING PLACING EXPLOSIVES NEAR ALPHA HOTEL, SECUNDERABAD

Arrested Accused Details: Ghouse Pasha S/o Amanullah, Age: 39 Years, Occ: cook at Happy Homes Hotel, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, R/ o: Near PJR Function Hall, Jagadgirigutta, N/o. H.N: 3-7-335/3, Pumping Well Road, Near Peddamma Thalli Temple, Khammam.

Cr.No: 22/2024 U/S 153, 50(1)(b), 506, 507 IPC

FACTS OF THE CASE:

On 27.01.2024 the accused Gouse Pasha with an intention to spread fear among the public and to disturb public peace called to dial 100 from his phone number and gave a false information to the dial 100 officials that he was near Alpha Hotel and two suspect persons were discussing about placing of Bombs in some places near Alpha hotel and if Police reach to him he would show those persons. Immediately Sri. M.V Kishan along with police staff of Market P.S. rushed near Alpha Hotel and tried to call the accused. But, his phone was not reachable. Alerted everyone in the surrounding areas. Informed to the higher officers, Control Room. On that Bomb Detection and disposal team reached the spot and checked in the Alpha Hotel and surroundings but no bomb was found and found that it was a fake call. As such registered a case in Cr.No: 22/2024 U/S 153, 505(1)(b), 506, 507 IPC.

Later as per the direction of superior officers, deputed special teams to Khammam and apprehended the accused person. On interrogation and other technical evidence, on 27.01.2024 at that time on when he called to dial 100, he was in Khammam and he admitted that to create fear and cause public disturbance like rioting among the public he called to dial 100 and gave the false information.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Smt. Rohini Priyadarshini, IPS Dy. Commissioner of Police, North Zone, Sri B. Ravinder, Asst Commissioner of Police, Mahankali Division lead by Sri. M. Rama Krishna, Inspector of Police, Market PS, SIs B. Sreevardhan, and Crime Team.
