The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) was honoured to participate in the IOD Regional Conclave on Corporate Governance & Sustainability, organized by the Institute of Directors (IOD) on July 18, 2026.

Held around the theme “Strategic Governance: Leading Through Global Disruptions & Uncertainty,” the conclave served as a significant platform for deliberations on emerging governance challenges and sustainable leadership practices.

On 26 June 2026, the Centre for Good Governance (CGG) had the privilege of hosting Dr. Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi Nadendla, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Government of Bihar.

CGG has successfully completed the ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) Surveillance Audit and the ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) Recertification Audit, with the closure meeting held on May 16, 2026.

This achievement reaffirms our unwavering commitment to delivering quality services, maintaining the highest standards of information security, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.

The 29th National Conference on e-Governance (NCeG) 2026, organized by the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Government of Rajasthan, brought together policymakers, administrators, technology leaders, and industry experts to deliberate on the theme, "Viksit Bharat: AI-enabled, Data-driven & Secure Digital Governance."

Representing the Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Sri Ravi Gupta, IPS (Retd.), Executive Vice Chairman & Director General, shared expert insights during Breakout Session II: "AI and Digital Infrastructure for Secure Public Services."

In his presentation, "AI for Secure Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI): Protecting Identity, Services and Citizen Trust," Sri Ravi Gupta emphasized the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in building secure, resilient, and citizen-centric Digital Public Infrastructure. | CURE-1 Launched: CGG Powers Telangana's Next Generation of Citizen-Centric Digital Services |

The CURE-1 App was launched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Telangana, Sri A. Revanth Reddy, on 7 June 2026, in the presence of eminent Ministers, senior officials, and dignitaries.

CGG under the leadership of Sri Ravi Gupta, IPS (Retd.), Executive Vice Chairman & DG, has designed and developed the CURE-1 Web Application (https://cure1.cgg.gov.in/) and Mobile App, a transformative digital governance initiative aimed at enhancing citizen convenience and strengthening service delivery across Telangana.

The CURE-1 platform aligns with the Government of Telangana's vision of strengthening digital governance through secure, citizen-centric, and technology-driven solutions.

As part of Phase-I, CURE-1 brings together essential citizen services on a single digital platform, including Property Tax and Trade License payments for CURE region local bodies (GHMC, CMCs, and MMCs), TGSPDCL Electricity Bill payments, HMWSSB Water Bill payments, and Telangana Police Traffic e-Challan payments.

Through the CURE-1 web portal and mobile app, citizens can conveniently access services, make secure payments, track transactions, generate receipts, and receive real-time updates through a seamless and user-friendly experience.

| Telangana Formation Day Celebrations: Celebrating Telangana Through Traditional Attire |

As part of the Telangana Formation Day celebrations at CGG, a Telangana Traditional Attire Day was organized, with employees showcasing the state's rich cultural heritage through traditional dress and presentations. A friendly competition added to the festive spirit of the occasion.

Employees enthusiastically participated by presenting Telangana inspired traditional attire and sharing the cultural significance of the characters, traditions, and themes they portrayed before Sri Ravi Gupta, Executive Vice Chairman & Director General, CGG, and the senior management team.

Participants from across departments creatively represented Telangana’s rich cultural heritage through their attire and presentations, portraying iconic symbols, traditions, and personalities such as Telangana Thalli, Pothuraju of the Bonalu festival, women carrying traditional Bonam offerings, Rani Rudrama Devi, Telangana farmers, folk and classical dancers, and men in traditional pancha dhoti attire. They also showcased vibrant representations of the Bathukamma festival and the Koya tribal community, highlighting the diversity, cultural richness, and enduring traditions that define Telangana’s unique identity.

In the Best Traditional Attire category:
1. The first prize was awarded to Mr. Praveen Polaboina for his portrayal of Pothuraju, the fearless guardian and brother of Goddess Mahankali, symbolizing strength, courage, and protection during Telangana’s Bonalu festival.
2. The second prize was awarded to Ms. Santhoshi Ganthala for her graceful portrayal of Perini Shivatandavam, Telangana’s ancient martial dance dedicated to Lord Shiva and popularly known as the "Dance of Warriors.
3. The third prize was jointly awarded to Ms. Vijaya Pavani Panchaparvala for her portrayal of Rani Rudrama Devi, the legendary Kakatiya queen renowned for her courage, leadership, and contribution to Telangana’s history, and Ms. Tejasri Kasu for representing Telangana Thalli, the symbolic embodiment of the state's identity, culture, heritage, and aspirations.

Beyond celebrating Telangana Formation Day, the event brought employees together to celebrate Telangana’s rich cultural heritage, fostering a spirit of unity, pride, and camaraderie across the organization.

The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) extends its warm greetings on the joyous occasion of Telangana Formation Day.

At CGG, the celebrations began with the Telangana State Anthem, followed by the flag unfurling ceremony led by Sri Ravi Gupta, Executive Vice-Chairman & Director General (the EVC & DG), CGG, and the rendition of the National Anthem.

Addressing the gathering, the EVC & DG paid tribute to the martyrs of the Telangana statehood movement and reflected on the sacrifices and inspiration that led to the formation of the state. He highlighted Telangana’s remarkable journey of progress, its welfare-driven development model, and the collective responsibility of every citizen in contributing to the state's continued growth.

He also reaffirmed CGG’s commitment to data-driven decision-making and technology-enabled public service delivery, while acknowledging the organization's pivotal role in advancing impactful governance solutions and accelerating digital transformation across departments.

The celebrations concluded with a vibrant prize distribution ceremony for the Traditional Dress Contest and Telangana Vaibhavam (Glory of Telangana), where various CGG teams beautifully showcased the rich art, culture, diversity, heritage, and traditions of Telangana.
