Dear friends!
We Indians treat any Judge as " Dharma Devatha" whether he is a Munsiff Magistrate or Chief Justice of India. In our opinion all Judges are equal with no discrimination.
One of the Justices of Supreme Court knowingly or unknowingly / wontedly or unwontedly, rightly said Chief Justice of India is one among equals. Citizens too feel similarly with an understanding that CJI is the captain of the team and his decisions need to be followed as long as he occupies that position even if few differ with his view or some decisions may go wrong.
If the four Judges who addressed the press conference finding fault with the Judicial administration of CJI are justified in doing so, then every judge in the country can do the same as and when they differ with the judicial administration at any level to bring it to the knowledge of the nation as responsible citizen of the nation, unless S.C classifies some as bigger Dharma Devathas and some as small with no such freedom.
The view that the Supreme Court is going to take in this case is crucial and going to create a precedent to follow.
We citizens wish that wisdom should prevail on Supreme Court to take a wise decision or tactfully avoid taking a decision until all these four Judges & CJI retire and then take a decision that their actin is illegal.
For Indian Citizens this kind of delay in delivery of judgements are not uncommon or new.
We believe that Indian judicial system with lot of forethought, had cultivated the habit of tolerance among the citizens to accept the belayted judgements as uncondemnable prasadam of Dharma Devatha.
