How to Apply Driving Licence Online β Divyang (Disabled) Category
Go to website:
π https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in
Choose your state
π Click your state name (Example: Telangana or Andhra Pradesh or any state)
Click on βApply for Learner Licenceβ
π You must apply Learner Licence (LLR) FIRST..
Select category: Divyang (Physically Challenged)
Fill your details: Name, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile number, Aadhaar card details etc..
Select category: Divyang (Physically Challenged)
Upload documents:
π Aadhaar Card (pdf or jpeg)
π Medical Certificate (Form 1A) β from government doctor
π Disability Certificate (ENT or UDID copy)
π Passport size photo and signature
ποΈ Choose the computer test at nearest RTA office for LLR.
Select date & time slot.
Pay fees online
π³ Use debit card, UPI, or net banking.
β Do not pay to any broker at the RTA office, Don't Meet Brokers!
Go to RTA on you selected test day and time. (with Deaf logo stick on the vehicle backside)
π’ Bring application Xerox and original documents
βοΈ Give computer test (traffic signs) for pass.
After passing test β LLR will come to your mobile/email ID as per RTA office processing time.
π Important: After LLR, Apply for Driving Licence
Wait for 30-45 days
Go to same website
π https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in
Click βApply Driving Licenceβ
Upload documents again
Select driving test date and slot at your nearest RTA office.
Bring your own vehicle (with Deaf logo stick on the vehicle backside)
After pass β Licence will come by post to your address or download soft-copy.
Warning:
β Avoid Brokers
Do All process in online
Do not pay money to anyone at RTA office if online payment fail.
Take help from family/friend needed
RTO officer must respect and support Divyang people.
