A Co-Design Workshop on Anemia Mukt Bharat 2.0 – PRAKASH (Precision-Driven Response for Anemia Control and Sustainable Health) was held in our Institute recently.
With 100+ stakeholders, the workshop brought together representatives from key Telangana departments, UNICEF India and Hyderabad Metropolitan Water supply & Sewerage Board, along with Sri Faizan Ahmed, IAS, Additional Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri.
Dr Bharati Kulkarni, Director, ICMR–NIN, highlighted NIN’s work on anemia research. Dr B. Santosh Kumar and colleagues presented PRAKASH formative findings, followed by a stakeholder discussion on implementation gaps and strategic actions to strengthen Anemia Mukt Bharat 2.0.
