The Giving Tree was born when friends sharing the same passions and dreams longed for a space where the walls and societal conformities didn’t exist. The Giving Tree is actually the name given to the Peepal tree, growing and living in the Giving Tree space. It was replanted from a brick wall, in the year 2004 and as it grew and thrived The Giving Tree also grew and became so much more than just a

space for friends to share. From ecological conservation to promoting contemporary art and artists The Giving Tree has grown into a personified warm personal space for strangers to share and enjoy. It not only invites people for home stay but have hosted multiple cultural events that promotes local musical bands, performance or visual artists.
