PHALYDA (Phaknung Awang Leikai Youth Development Association) was pleased to voluntarily assist in the successful conduct of an Anti-Rabies Vaccination Programme held on 17 June 2026 at Phaknung Awang Leikai Community Hall in collaboration with the District Veterinary Office, Imphal East, Porompat.
