Five students from Daly College — Khushagra Jain, Samaira Agrawal, Garvita Sewani, Kavya Kothari, and Daksh Koolwal — participated in the RS Zoom Postcard hosted by The Cathedral and John Connon School on 20 May 2026.

The discussion centred on the theme, “Cutting Edge Technology in Transportation: Driving the Future or Dividing the World?” Representing Indore, the Daly College team presented on the Indore Metro, highlighting its role in transforming urban mobility, reducing congestion, and promoting sustainable transportation, while also reflecting on accessibility and inclusivity in emerging transport technologies.

The students participated under the guidance of Mrs. Durga Singh, RS Coordinator. The programme provided a valuable platform for exchanging ideas, building global perspectives, and engaging in meaningful discussions on the future of transportation and its social impact.

A team of 10 talented students, accompanied by 2 teachers, showcased their talent in all four categories — Classical Duo, Choreography, Western Group, and Folk Group Dance. Their hard work, passion, and teamwork brought remarkable success as they secured victories in the Classical Duo (Best Coordination Award) and Choreography (Best Theatrical Award) categories.

Fire Safety Drill Conducted at Daly College 🔥

A Fire Safety Demo and Training Session was conducted today at 10:00 AM at the Bolia Ground for the residential, administrative, support, and DPL staff of Daly College.

The session was conducted by Mr. Chanchal Darkunde from Avantika Protections, who demonstrated fire prevention measures, the proper use of firefighting equipment, and essential safety protocols to be followed during emergency situations.

The drill aimed to enhance preparedness and ensure a safe campus environment for all.
