CELEBRATING WORLD YOGA DAY.

Yoga for self and society.

The Hon'ble Cabinet Minister Shri.Ojing Tasing participated in celebration of Grand International yoga Day at General Ground Boleng es**rt by respective officers EAC Shri. Jacob Tabing, CO Shri. Peyom Jini and SP Shri. Opir Paron and several official of various Departments enthusiastically participated in event, showcasing their commitment to the practice of yoga and it's benifits.

The event participants engaged in various yoga exercises guides by shri.Viran Lalung with profound experience and knowledge.

The International Day of Yoga, celebrated annually on June 21, was established by the United Nations in 2014 to recognize the significance of yoga and proposal was introduced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji.

This global observance promotes yoga as a means to enhance physical and mental well-being. Originating in ancient India, yoga has been embraced worldwide for its holistic benefits.
