*भारतीय मजदूर संघ ने 17 अगस्त 2026 को पूरे देश में ज़िला लेवल पर धरना देने का फ़ैसला किया*
रांची (झारखंड), 28 जुलाई, 2026:
भारतीय मजदूर संघ की ऑल इंडिया वर्किंग कमेटी की मीटिंग 26, 27 और 28 जुलाई 2026 को सरला बिरला यूनिवर्सिटी, रांची (झारखंड) में हुई। इस मीटिंग में एक ज़रूरी फ़ैसला लिया गया कि 17 अगस्त 2026 को देश के सभी ज़िला हेडक्वार्टर पर पूरे देश में धरना दिया जाएगा ताकि देश भर के मज़दूरों के पेंडिंग मुद्दों पर केंद्र सरकार का ध्यान खींचा जा सके।
इस आंदोलन के ज़रिए केंद्र सरकार से ये मुख्य मांगें की जाएंगी:
1. ESIC सैलरी लिमिट ₹21,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹42,000 की जाए।
2. EPF के तहत मिनिमम पेंशन ₹1,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹7,500 प्रति महीना की जानी चाहिए।
3. EPF सैलरी लिमिट ₹15,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹30,000 की जानी चाहिए।
4. बोनस कैलकुलेट करने के लिए सैलरी लिमिट ₹7,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹18,000 की जानी चाहिए।
5. बोनस एलिजिबिलिटी के लिए सैलरी लिमिट ₹21,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹42,000 की जानी चाहिए।
6. सभी स्कीम वर्कर्स की सैलरी में काफी बढ़ोतरी की जानी चाहिए।
7. कॉन्ट्रैक्ट और आउटसोर्सिंग वर्कर्स के लिए "बराबर काम - बराबर वेतन" का सिद्धांत असरदार तरीके से लागू किया जाना चाहिए।
8. लेबर कोड्स में वर्कर-विरोधी नियमों को खत्म किया जाना चाहिए या ज़रूरी बदलाव किए जाने चाहिए।
9. बैंक कर्मचारियों के लिए पांच दिन के वर्किंग वीक का नियम तुरंत लागू किया जाना चाहिए। 10. ग्रेच्युटी की ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा लिमिट ₹20 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹40 लाख की जाए और सभी एलिजिबल वर्कर्स को ग्रेच्युटी का फ़ायदा मिलना पक्का किया जाए।
11. देश के सभी वर्कर्स के लिए मिनिमम वेज ₹30,000 प्रति महीना तय किया जाए।
भारतीय मज़दूर संघ की ऑल इंडिया सेंट्रल वर्किंग कमेटी ने केंद्र सरकार से अपील की है कि ऊपर बताई गई सभी मांगों पर तुरंत पॉज़िटिव फ़ैसले लिए जाएं। मीटिंग में यह भी कहा गया कि अगर वर्कर्स की जायज़ और पेंडिंग मांगों को नज़रअंदाज़ किया गया तो वे पूरे देश में एक बड़ा जन आंदोलन शुरू करेंगे।
मीटिंग की अध्यक्षता भारतीय मज़दूर संघ के ऑल इंडिया प्रेसिडेंट श्री एस. मल्लेशम ने की। इस मौके पर ऑल इंडिया जनरल सेक्रेटरी श्री सुरेंद्र कुमार पांडे, ऑर्गनाइज़ेशन मिनिस्टर श्री बी. सुरेंद्रन, ऑल इंडिया के पूर्व प्रेसिडेंट श्री सी. के. साजी नारायणन, श्री हिरण्मय पंड्या, पुर्व जनरल सेक्रेटरी हिमतेजी,सीनियर ऑफिस बेयरर्स के साथ-साथ देश भर के अलग-अलग इंडस्ट्री फेडरेशन के ऑफिस बेयरर्स, एग्जीक्यूटिव मेंबर्स और रिप्रेजेंटेटिव बड़ी संख्या में मौजूद थे।
सभी जुड़े हुए ऑर्गनाइज़ेशन, ऑफिस बेयरर और हज़ारों वर्कर से अपील की है कि वे 17 अगस्त 2026 को होने वाले देशव्यापी धरना आंदोलन में खुद-ब-खुद हिस्सा लें और वर्कर के सही हक के लिए अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद करें।

*Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh decides to hold nationwide district-level protests on August 17, 2026*
Ranchi (Jharkhand), July 28, 2026:
The All India Working Committee meeting of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was held on July 26, 27, and 28, 2026, at Sarala Birla University, Ranchi (Jharkhand). A crucial decision was taken during this meeting to stage protests at all district headquarters across the country on August 17, 2026, to draw the Central Government's attention to the pending issues faced by workers nationwide.
Through this agitation, the following key demands will be raised before the Central Government:
1. The ESIC salary limit should be raised from ₹21,000 to ₹42,000.
2. The minimum pension under EPF should be increased from ₹1,000 to ₹7,500 per month.
3. The EPF salary limit should be raised from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000.
4. The salary limit for calculating bonuses should be raised from ₹7,000 to ₹18,000.
5. The salary limit for bonus eligibility should be raised from ₹21,000 to ₹42,000.
6. There should be a significant increase in the remuneration of all 'scheme workers'.
7. The principle of "equal pay for equal work" should be effectively implemented for contract and outsourced workers.
8. Anti-worker provisions in the Labour Codes should be abolished or suitably amended.
9. A five-day work week policy should be immediately implemented for bank employees. 10. The maximum gratuity limit should be raised from ₹20 lakh to ₹40 lakh, and it must be ensured that all eligible workers receive gratuity benefits. 11. A minimum wage of ₹30,000 per month should be fixed for all workers in the country.
The All India Central Working Committee of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh has appealed to the Central Government to take immediate, positive decisions regarding all the aforementioned demands. It was also stated during the meeting that if the legitimate and pending demands of the workers continue to be ignored, a massive nationwide mass movement will be launched.
The meeting was presided over by Shri S. Mallesham, All India President of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh. Also present on the occasion were All India General Secretary Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey, Organization Secretary Shri B. Surendran, former All India Presidents Shri C.K. Saji Narayanan and Shri Hiranmay Pandya, former General Secretary Shri Himteji, and senior office bearers, alongside a large number of office bearers, executive members, and representatives from various industry federations across the country.
An appeal has been made to all affiliated organizations, office bearers, and thousands of workers to actively participate in the nationwide protest demonstration scheduled for August 17, 2026, and to raise their voices for the rightful demands of the workers.
