Fort (Hindi: ग्वालियर क़िला Gwalior Qila) is an 8th-century hill fort near Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, central India. The fort consists of a defensive structure and two main palaces, Gujari Mahal and Man Mandir, built by . The fort has been controlled by a number of different rulers in its history. The Gujari Mahal palace was built for Queen Mrignayani. It is now an archaeological museum. The oldest record of "zero" in the world was found in a small temple, which is located on the way to the top. The inscription is around old.

#हमे इतिहास कारों ने बेबकुफ़ बनाया....
जब हमे #इतिहास पढ़ाया जाता है तब #आगरा के किले को अकबर द्वारा बनवाया हुआ क्यों बताया जाता है जबकि आगरा किले में घुसते ही एक शिला पर लिखा है कि इसे #चौहान_राजपूत शासको ने ईंट से बनवाया बाद में अकबर ने लाल बलुआ पत्थर से जीर्णोद्धार कराया।
इतिहासकार अबुल फजल ने लिखा है, कि यह किला एक ईंटों का किला था, जिसका नाम बादलगढ़ था। यह तब खस्ता हालत में था, व अकबर को इसे दोबारा बनवाना पड़ा, जो कि उसने लाल बलुआ पत्थर से निर्मण करवाया।
