World Heart Day 2026

On World Heart Day, I had the opportunity to conduct an awareness session at BSF Chowk, Jaipur, focusing on coronary artery disease prevention, heart health and early warning signs.

The message is simple: Heart health is not only about treating disease—it is about understanding your heart, recognising the risk factors and preventing disease before it becomes serious.

The day also included a hands-on CPR awareness and training session at VDN Police Station, because knowing CPR can help save a life when every minute matters.

Awareness → Prevention → Preparedness → Saving Lives.

Honoured to be a Speaker at the CME on Wegovy® & Ozempic®, held at Sarovar Premiere, Jaipur.

Delivering a CME on "In-Patient Insulin Strategies" at G P Shekhawati Hospital was an excellent opportunity to discuss practical aspects of insulin therapy in hospitalized patients.

The session covered evidence-based inpatient insulin strategies, an introduction to once-weekly insulin with its dosing principles, and practical guidance on the correct handling, storage, administration techniques, and various insulin preparations. A live demonstration emphasized best practices to enhance patient safety and optimize glycemic control in clinical practice.

It was a privilege to be invited as a Moderator at the CME on “Advanced MASLD Care: Global and Indian Perspective.”

The scientific program featured internationally renowned hepatologist Dr. Arun Sanyal along with an esteemed panel of liver disease experts from across India. I am honored to have been among the few physicians from Rajasthan invited to moderate this prestigious academic session.
