The chaste bond of love between a brother and a sister is one of the deepest and noblest of human emotions. ‘Raksha Bandhan’ or ‘Rakhi’ is a special occasion to celebrate this emotional bonding by a holy thread around the wrist. This thread, which pulsates with sisterly love and sublime sentiments, is rightly called the ‘Rakhi’. It means ‘a bond of protection’, and Raksha Bandhan signifies that the strong must protect the weak from all that’s evil.

Rakhi Making competition was organized for the students of class Nur to 10 in Chaitanya Public School Today 08/08/2025,Friday. All the students participated with zeal and enthusiasm and prepared colorful Rakhi and made the event successful.

Chaitanya Public School, Jalandhar celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India with great zeal and exhilaration. Students all geared up with patriotic fervour.
The celebrations culminated with the National Anthem and a message for the students to act as responsible citizens and future leaders of the nation.Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place to live and experience the freedom, peace and unity in diversity.
Chaitanya Public school embarked on the journey of celebrating 78 years of completion of Independence of our country, by participating in various activities and competitions under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, starting in August 2024.

Teej festival is the well-known event of celebrations in Punjab region. The festival is celebrated to mark thebounty of nature, arrival of rain and greenery. Keeping the theme of enjoyment and celebration, a virtualget together was held with students of Kinder Garden on 03rd Aug , 2024 to celebrate Teej. It was celebrated with glee and euphoria by the students and teachers. An array of fun-filled online activities were planned in such a manner that students feel refreshed. Group snack time was held to give the students a hint of sharingand unity. Clad in traditional Punjabi attires, children danced to the tunes of traditional Punjabi songs and enthralled everyone with their captivating performances. Overall the event was full of moments of remembrance and enjoyment .The event was a grand success and a learning experience for students. Children participated in many activities like bhangra, Giddha and modelling. Swings were also arranged on this festival in which the children enjoyed a lot. Various types of sweets were distributed.

Mother’s Day is a special day of the year, dedicated to all mothers as it celebrates the bond of love & affection that is everlasting. Mothers are the emotional backbone of the family.

Mother’s Day, a heartfelt celebration dedicated to honour and appreciate the incredible women, who play an invaluable role in our lives—the nurturing and selfless figures we lovingly call “mom”— was celebrated with great enthusiasm, fervour, and joy at Chaitanya Public School The aim of the events was to express gratitude and honour the love, sacrifices, and invaluable role of mothers in our lives. God could not be everywhere and therefore he made mothers.

With hearts full of love and twinkle in their eyes, the children shared, how very loved and adored and cherished their mommies are.

It was our privilege to host and celebrate motherhood.

To infuse divine spirit in students and to invoke blessings of the almighty for students of class V ,VII and X (for upcoming Board Exams), Path of Shri Sukhmani Sahib was organized at the premises of Chaitanya Public School Jalandhar on 3rd February 2024.After the recitation of the holy path , an Ardaas was made .The chanting of the Shabad filled the atmosphere with religious and devine fervor. Management, Principal and faculty gave their best wishes to students for forthcoming Board Exams . Prasad was distributed to all.
