Nirvana Academy, Dancing World organises Navratri Kids Dance Festival

Jammu, 12 October: Nirvana Academy a registered cultural club and Dancing World today organised a children dance Programme "Navratri Kids Dance Festival 2021" in the premises of Dancing World, dance and fitness institute, Bhawani nagar Janipur Jammu, with the aim to encourage and provide an opportunity to the children.

Smt. Shaveta Sharma, Chairperson Nirvana Entertainers was the chief guest while Sh. Hitesh Badyal Founder Member Nirvana Academy, Smt Santosh Sharma President Nirvana Academy, Mr. Goldy Kalotra dance choreographer were the special guests on the occasion.

The event commenced with the Dogri Dance performance on Dogri song "Teri Bansi Di Taan" which was highly appreciated by the guests followed by Dandiya dance performance by kids of different age groups. A solo act by Pavaki Badyal on Mata Rani Bhajan song spellbound the audience. As many as 12 participants performed under the guidance of Goldy Kalotra, noted dance choreographer of Jammu and Kashmir.

Chief Guest Smt. Shaveta Sharma lauded the efforts of the performers and congratulated the organizers for organizing such an event in Jammu which not only created a platform but also provided an opportunity to the children in this pandemic time.

Choreographer Goldy Kalotra said that Dancing World and Nirvana Academy take this opportunity to promote the talent of Jammu and shall organize many more events for Kids. He added that a three day dandiya dance workshop was also given to the participants of Navratri Kids Dance Festival.

Smt. Santosh Badyal appreciated the initiative taken by the dancing world institute team. She also thanked the Chief Guest and other dignitaries for giving their valuable time.

All the participants were felicitated with the trophies and certificate of participation on the occasion. Participants who performed in the Navratri Kids Dance Festival were Neharika Jangral, Avantika Jangral, Ansh Sharma, Pavaki Badyal, Anjali Sharma, Naman Bhagat, Shivansh Sharma, Shriya Attri, Shanaya Kavrana, Kavya Bhardwaj and Navya Bhardwaj.
