*Jammu Police solves dacoity case.Tribal gang arrested , gold ornaments recovered .*

A tribal gang which strucked last year in Bishnah , attacked family members and fled away with their gold ornaments is being caught by Bishnah Police station in Jammu.

A case FIR no 147/2020 US 458-395/307/147/148 IPC was registered at Police Station Bishnah after a complainant Sunita Devi W/O Ashwani Kumar R/O Palli Chak Jaralan, Bishnah stated that on the intervening night of 04/05-09-2019 at about 0100 hrs heard some sound of thundering ,when she woke up she saw some unknown persons forcefully entering into her house who had sticks in their hands and had beaten family members mercilessly with the intention to kill them and looted gold ornaments and cash.

After commission of offence all dacoits fled away from the spot. In this incidence subsequently case was registered.

During the course of investigation many suspects were rounded up but no fruit full clue was made out.

A special team under the supervision of *SDPO RS Pura , Shabir Khan* led by *SHO Bishanh Tahir Yousaf* continued with the investigation technically.After minutely accessing the modous operendi of the gang investigation team Zeroed in on Shahrukh Khan S/O Jamal Din R/O Pilani Distt. Jhunjnunu, Rajasthan , Mohabat S/O Jamal Din R/O Pilani Distt. Jhunjnunu, Rajasthan , Sawan S/O Muslim R/O Pilani Distt. Jhunjnunu, Rajasthan , Rehmaan S/O Rafi R/O Chadwa Distt. Jhunjnunu, Rajasthan and arrested them from Punjab. The gang members are tribals from Rajasthan.
During the course of interrogation, accused persons disclosed the name of one accomplice ,Aslam @ Nosoo S/O Nain Hussain a resident of Rajasthan who is also the gang leader. After the arrest of Aslam from Punjab and when put to sustained interogation accussed Aslam confessed their involvement in the theft and on his discloser gold worth 4 lacs rupees was recovered.
The whole operation was conducted under the supervision of *SP Hqr Jammu Aadil Hamid* and under the overall supervision of *SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil.*

Bishnah Police is also looking for some more thefts conducted by this gang.

*Jammu Police caught shooter , accomplice who fired in a Baraat.Weapon recovered.*

In a swift action ,RS Pura Police led by *SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan and SHO Arnia Harminder Singh*,caught a shooter and his accomplice who fired in a Barat at Arnia on Saturday.

*Ghara Singh S/O Surjeet Singh* who fired in a Barat in air and frightened Baratis and his accomplice *Vikram Jeet Singh S/O Satpal Singh* were caught after different teams of Arnia Police station swung into action taking cognizance of the matter.

With in few hours of the incident the duo were caught along with one country made revolver from Ghara Singh.

Though motive of the shooter were not immediately known as Police has said that they are investigating the matter.

Subsequently an FIR no 11/2020 U/S 336IPC, 3/25 Arms Act was lodged at PS Arnai.

Whole operation was conducted under the supervision of *SP Hqrs Adil Hamid* and under the over all supervision of *SSP Jammu, Shridhar Patil.*

*RS Pura Police arrested a notorious Criminal who was absconding since a decade....*

Jammu police in a major success arrested a notorious hards core criminal *Yudhvir Singh @ Bablu son of Lt.Aya Singh* resident of Old Agra Chak who was evading arrest since 2009.

Yudhvir is involved in more then 20 FIRs of stabbing, theft, drug peddling, snatching and many more criminal activities in different Police stations of Jammu and adjoining districts.

A special team led by *SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan and SHO RS Pura Jai Pal Sharma* arrested Yudhvir after a specific input of his roaming in RS Pura.A warrant was also issued by the Add. Munsiff Judicial Magistrate Samba in case FIR No. 57/2009 U/S 4/25 A Act P/S Bari Brahmana Samba.
The arrest operation was conducted under the supervision of *SP Hqrs Jammu , Adil Hamid and under the over all supervision of SSP Jammu , Shridhar Patil.*

*Interstate weapon dealer arrested with his accomplice. One weapon recovered. Mysterious Gandhi Nagar firing incident case solved.*

A notorious interstate weapon dealer Vikas Kumar @ Viky S/O Gian Chand a resident of Gorkha Nagar Jammu was arrested from Bishnah area after a special team led by **SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan and SHO Bishnah Deepak Pathania **intercepted Vikas with accomplice namely Kunwer Yogesh S/O Kunwer Sundar Singh R/O Gorkha Nagar.

Police have recovered one country made Pistol, a magazine and 3 catridges from their possession along with the bike used in transaction of the weapon. Subsequently an FIR 44/2020 US 3/25 Arms Act was lodged at PS Bishnah.

During the course of investigation Bishnah Police have solved a mysterious firing incident case which happened at Gandhinagar on 21.08.2019 in which Yogesh got injured after a Bullet hit him in his arm. It came to fore that Yogesh only who with the help of one of his friend namely Dalvinder Bahu cooked a story to trap his in-laws in this incident.

Pertinently Dalvinder Bahu fired upon Yogesh after getting a payment from Yogesh. An FIR no 225/2019 US 307 RPC and 3/25 Arms Act was lodged at Police station Gandhi Nagar in this context. More arrests in these cases in coming days expected.
With the recovery of weapon and arrests of accused Police have averted mishappenings in the town.

The operation was carried under the close supervision of *SP Headquarters Jammu Raja Aadil Hamid* and under the overall supervision of *SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil.
