Aim and Objectives of the Social Development and Rehabilitation Organization (SDRO) are as under :-
1. To work towards development of the most vital human resources of the society i.e. youth so as to render them economically productive and established and socially useful.
2. To work words promotion of social values of kind lines, love, tolerance, truth, honesty and non violence among the society
.
3. To work toward the promotion of the social service based on value, vision, and volunteer action.
4. To work towards the woman development with a war against Sexual Crime and violence.
6. To work towards development of week neglect and handicapped.
7. To work towards the mass literacy with emphasis to develop a mechanism to educate the dropout due to unavoidable circumstances.
8. To work towards the promotion of science, literature, art, and culture.
9. To work towards the development of sports, sports culture with identification of talent.
10. To works towards the rural development of and to eradicate poverty and indigence.
11. To work towards increment of internment by conservation of regeneration.
12. To work towards the rural/ urban sanitation.

14. To work towards awareness and eradication of social e especially HIV/AIDS/Dowry, Exploitation, Addiction, and Corruption.
15. To work towards indications of self discipline and vils

17. To work towards co-operative movement:-
a) Collective, purchasing of seeds, fertilizers, fodder of animal collective selling. b) Certified seeds, pure bread, live stock, form product. c) Collective, loan rental of form acquirements of tools. d) Organization health Co-operatives, milk co-operatives. e) Handicrafts / handlooms co-operatives/fruit Co-Operatives.
18. To work towards awareness and harnessing of the state/ Central Government Schemes aims at general benefits of the public.
19. To work towards the promotion of application of the scientific knowledge method in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry ,Sericulture and in the day to day life of people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir by setting up of the small village laboratories where the children can learn the ways of science as:-
A) Soil testing apparatus. B) Water testing apparatus. C) Milk testing apparatus. D) Seed testing apparatus. E) Weather testing information center. (using weather barometer )

20. To work towards setting up and Managing:-
(i) Ballwadies. (ii) Adult education center. (iii) Aganwaries. (iv) Vocational training center. (v) Vocational training Centers. (vi) Books Banks. (vii) Libraries. (viii) Reading Rooms.
21. To work towards the Technical Education. By setting up of Computer Training Centers in Urban and Rural areas and to educate the poor and needy students.
22. To works toward the promotion of education in scheduled Tribe /Scheduled Cast/ other backward Classes by setting up of free Education Centers.
23. To work towards the development of Information centers providing information of job opportunities and training in different vocations as:-
(i) Loan schemes. (ii) Courses and scholarships for Higher study. (iii) Literature for competitive exams and setting up of coaching centers and provide free coaching to poor students for competitive Exams. President Vice-President General Secretary
24. Work towards the daily training of youth and children in all areas of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

26. To organize camps (in coloration with the concerned state /central Govt. and non –Government agencies for area community on: -
A) Immunization. B) Literacy . C) Responsibility and right of citizens. D) Village protections Duty as well as duty to maintain the peace in Jammu and Kashmir State. E) Assist during Marriage and festivals in the Distt. F) Sympathies and help to the deceased families affected by natural calamities.
27. Prepare an action plan facing climate for the state like :-
i) Epidemics. ii) Floods. iii) Drought. iv) Fire. v) Earthquake.
28. Conduct village campaign for the personal Hygiene, drainage and repair of wells and ponds and beatification of tanks, land sanitation, parks and home improvement projects , Planting flower in front of huts, Control of pests and diseases of crops, Enrollment of children particularly girls for primary education. 29. Maintenance of Roads, Bridges , footpathes, Schools, Hospitals and other buildings, Irrigation Canals and Hand pumps in entire state of Jammu and Kashmir.
30. Observe National Days in the village itself like as:-
(i) Republic day. (ii) Martyars day. (iii) Gandhi Jayanti . (iv) Indipence Day
(v) Chidren day. (vi) National youth week from 12th Jan to 19th Jan. (vii) Religion Festival : Eds , Dushra, Dipawali , Holy etc. (viii) Guru Nank ji,s Birth day festival etc
31. Recration programs :- as Organaising picinics of intrest and community singing culturel program ( folk songs /Songs /dances /dramas / development hobbies gethring information the languages as Urdu, Arabic, Goujari , Phari, Punjabi, kashmiri and pasto and publish Books /Magzins monthly Quaterly . weekly and yearly in said languages .Information gathring rocks stamps coins readings books etc. and docoment scheems of state and central Government means for villages blocks and Districts of the Jammu aqnd Kashmir state .
