A Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) was organized for Class 9 for the declaration of results. The meeting was attended by parents along with the class teacher and subject teachers.
During the meeting, the result of the students was shared with the parents. Teachers discussed the academic performance, attendance, behavior, and overall progress of the students. Parents were informed about the strengths and weaknesses of their children and were advised on how to support them in improving their studies.
Teachers also guided parents about the importance of regular attendance, timely completion of homework, and proper preparation for examinations, as Class 9 is an important stage before Class 10 board exams.
Parents appreciated the efforts of the teachers and assured their cooperation for the better performance and development of their children. The meeting ended on a positive note with suggestions for continuous improvement
