The Centre for Innovation and Transformation in Governance CITaG, IIM Jammu represented by the Agriculture Specialist - Dr. Purushottam Hendre had the opportunity to participate in a high-level agriculture sector meeting held at the APD Wing, where he engaged in two rounds of insightful discussions with Shri Abdul Majid, Director Planning, and Shri Anil Gupta, Director Agriculture, Jammu.

The interactions provided a valuable perspective on the Government of Jammu & Kashmir’s approach to agricultural planning and reaffirmed that CITaG’s initiatives are well aligned and moving in the right direction.

The discussions focused on three key areas:
• Impact evaluation and output monitoring of HADP and JKCIP
• Strengthening online marketing infrastructure for improved farmer access

CITaG looks forward to continued engagement to translate these discussions into concrete, high-impact interventions for the agriculture sector in Jammu and Kashmir.
