Women's Day Celebrated in Kalyan International School

The international women's day theme for 2016 is "Planet 50-50 by step it up for gender equality".
To commemorate the working women's today we the family of Darshil Education Foundation celebrated the same in our campus.

It is truly said that for reaching your destination you require a road and for giving a way to our verve and creativity, it requires a creative action. with the aim of giving a way to development of verve and creativeness of the tiny tots we organised a clay modelling competition in our school on 27th feb, 2016.

This competition was the perfect platform for creative minds of the children to meet their colourful desires and fantasy needs. They made their own beautiful house, steamer, kitchen set, snake, shivling, jalebi, giraffe, apple, table, bowls etc and displayed them with pride.

This competiton enhanced children's eye-hand co-ordination, colour recognition and problem solving skills.

The best part of the competition was that out of total 88 students all participated in it.

The most important day of picnic finally arrived at 17th Feb,2016 Wednesday on which we departed to Sarangpur the holy place of Hindu God Hanumanji on 5 pm. The picnic was for std 5th to 8th students.

Current Education system is attracts students towards mugging up and leaning english dragging away from root culture, virtues and traditions. Educations means overall growth of the students, excellence in both spirituality and worldliness and achieving the same we had organized a tour to the BAPS SWAMINARAYAN MANDIR for attending the Sanskar Yatra as part of Satabdi Mahotsav.

Fancy Dress Competition

The Kalyan International School witnessed the Fancy Dress Competition for std 1st to 5th on February 06,2016. It was the most awaited event, as it is always a pleasure to watch the toddlers dressed up as different characters and stuttering away in their speech.
The Student come forward displaying their vibrant costumes. The few to list out are
1) Pari 2) Armyman 3)Hero 4) Gangubai (Marathi)
The Competition brought an amiable ambiance and judges retorted with their applause. It was indeed a mesmerizing event which would be etched in our memory for a very long time.
Children enjoyed participating and dressing colourfully.

Kite Making Competition

ON 16TH JAN 2016 WE THE STAFF AND STUDENTS OF KALYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL UNDER DARSHIL EDUCATION TRUST CELEBRATED THE KITE MAKING AND DECORATING COMPETITION. COMPETITION WAS BETWEEN THE STUDENTS OF STD 1ST TO 5TH .
IT WAS STARTED AT 9.15AM IN THE MORNING AND ENDED AT 11.30. DURING THE GIVEN TIME STUDENTS OF STD 1ST TO 5TH AND ALSO THE RESPECTIVE STAFF MEMBERS PREPARE THE KITE AND DECORATED IT IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CLASSES.
AFTER THAT EXHIBITION OF SAME WAS ORGANIED IN THE LIBRARY WHICH WAS VISITED BY CHAIRMAN MR.KAILASH GADHER, SERCRETARY MR.NILESH AGRAWAL AND DIRECTOR MR.KAUSHIK RAVIYA,STAFF MEMBERS AND ALL THE STUDENTS OF SCHOOL AND DIPLOMA. THE EXHIBITION WAS WHOLEHEARTEDLY ENJOYED BY ALL. REALLY KITE MAKING AND DECORATION COMPETITION AND ITS EXHIBITION GOT VERY GOOD RESPONSE AND IT WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL AND CREATIVE.

Kalyan International School celebrated Christmas festival on 23rd Dec 2015 in the front garden of Kalyan Campus with full Zeal and merriment.

The program was attended by President Shri jagishprasad khatuvala, Chairman Shri Kailashbhai Gadhar,Secretary Shri Nileshbhai agrawal of Darshil Education Foundation and all other Kalyan family members.

The celebration began with the singing of lovely prayer by Miss Nish*ta Gonadaliya, following that Mrs. Amrita Pabari with the help of demo of Jesus’s birthplace stable explained Jesus birth in a such lively way that it was feeling as Jesus was taking birth at that current moment.

After that Miss Pooja Matang told to the audience, the story of Santa Clause. Following it Santa Clause entered from the garden which filled the environment with full of energy and happiness, children were shouting and cheering with Santa Clause.

During the celebration, winners of storytelling and English Poem singing competition awarded with prizes by our guest of honors.
