On World Elephant Day, the Department of Forest, Environment and Climate Change, Government of Jharkhand, hosted a special event at the BNR Chanakya Hotel in Ranchi to reinforce our commitment to elephant conservation across the state.

As the proud home of these gentle giants, Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary remains dedicated to protecting their natural habitats, ensuring safe corridors, and fostering peaceful coexistence.

Strengthening our frontline protectors! 🌳💼
A 2-day capacity-building workshop was successfully organized on 11th–12th July at the Makulakocha campus. Forest officials and guards from the Elephant Project Jamshedpur, Jamshedpur Forest Division, and Seraikela Forest Division came together to sharpen skills, enhance conservation strategy, and better protect our local wildlife.
