He has two brothers Bijay Kumar Yadav and Ajay Kumar Yadav and one sister Indila Yadav elder among all. Father of Uday Kumar Yadav was one of the popular name in the revolution i.e. 12 year janyoudh and in present Jog Kumar Barbariya Yadav is the central committee member of Nepal Communist Party. Uday Kumar Barbariya Yadav was also paltun commander in maoist army i.e. He was familiar in public. He

always used to involve in public as well as social works. After long time local election was conducted in Nepal in 2074 B.S. (2017 A.D.) . On local election of 2074 B.S.(2017 A.D.) Uday Kumar Yadav was elected as the youngest mayor in Nepal. He is the youngest mayor of Nepal of Sahidnagar municipality. He is only 24 years young. Uday Kumar Barbariya Yadav is the elder son of Jog Kumar Barbariya Yadav and Shibo Devi Yadav.
