Sub Divisional Dak mela was organized at Deoghati B.O under Kolab Nagar Sub Post Office on 12.05.2023. The Sarpanch, PS Members, PEO of Deoghati GP attended the meeting. The Anganwadi Workers, Local Villagers, Assistant Branch Manager IPPB Jeypore Branch participated in the mela.

A Dak mela was oragnized at Nakamamidi under Balimela Sub Post Office on 09.05.2023. More than 200 people gathered at the mela for availing various DOP-IPPB services. Sarpanch Nakamamidi GP, Naib Sarpanch and village level agricultural official attended the mea. All the villages were out of the network since many years. As now mobile network is available, public availed many services at ease.

A Sub Divisional level Dak Mela was organized at Mentry B.O in account with Tentulikhunti Sub Post Office on 27.04.2023. Branch Manager IPPB, Sarpanch, ICDS Supervisor, Samiti Members, local public along with Gramin Dak Sevaks attended the mela. Various schemes offered by DOP was discussed along with the Mahila Samman Savings Certificate Scheme. CELC was also done at the mela.

A Dak Mela was organised at Hataguda village (Hataguda BO/Semiliguda SO) under Semiliguda Block in Koraput Sub Division on 27.04.2023. Local People's representatives like ZP Member, Sarapanch, Ward Member, SHG members, Anganwadi workers by their presence helped spearhead the financial awareness campaign in the locality. Members of public from the G.P. , DO (PLI)and the staff participated.

Today i.e. on 27.04.2023, Dakmela i.r.o. Malkangiri Sub Division has been organized at Parkonmala GP under Khairaput SO in presence of Khairaput Chairman, Samiti Sabhya, Sarapanch ,Anganawadi Workers, Asha Karmi, BM IPPB MKG, GDS & Deptl staff, local public etc. The mela has witnessed more than 250+ public gathering. Door to door campaign, auto rickshaw announcement have been also conducted to publicize Postal services and products in the locality.

A Sub Divisional level Dak Mela was organized at Panthulunga Gram Panchayat under Nandapur Block on 27.04.2022. Sarpanch, Anganwadi and ANM workers and general public attended the mela. Public were made aware about all the schemes that DOP is offering including MSSC.

A scheduled, Sub Divisional Dak Mela was organised at Hardoli village under Hardoli BO i.a.w Borigumma SO under Jeypore North Sub Division on 27.04.2023. The Sarpanch, PS Members, PEO of Hardoli GP graced the Mela. The Anganwadi workers, local villagers, Manager IPPB Jeypore Branch and GDSs of BOs under Borigumma SO participated in the said Mela. Three bottles of Ganga jal were gifted to guests in token of their participation. The new Aadhaar enrolments and IPPB account were also opened on the spot.

"Way to Post Office" boards have been installed at various locations under Koraput Division where Post Offices are not located at road points for public to easily find their way to Post Offices.

Further, 10 Nos of Branch Post Offices Shifted to new accommodations in respect of Malkangiri Sub Division from old dilapidated BOs, thanks to the vision of SSPOs Koraput Division Shri Manoj Pragada, IPoS Sir and the determination shown by Malkangiri Sub Division to achieve this feat.

On the eve of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Jayanti on 14.04.2023 Koraput Postal Division in collaboration with MADURA foundation hosted a blood donation camp. The event was graced with the august presence of Hon'ble MLA Sj. Tara Prasad Bahinipati, Sub Collector Jeypore Sub Division, SDPO Jeypore, Chairman Municipality, Executive Officer, Jeypore Municipality, CDMO Koraput and Blood Bank Officer, DHH. The blood donation camp was a successful event under the abled guidance of Sri Manoj Pragada, IPoS, SSPOs, Koraput Division. A total 121 number of Postal Staff members donated blood in the camp.

On 24.03.2023 Dak Mela was organised at village Kakiriguma under Laxmipur Block in Koraput Sub Division under Koraput Division. Sj. Jhina Hikaka, Hon'ble Ex-MP, Koraput, Respected SSPOs, Koraput Division Sj. Manoj Pragada Sir, IPoS, Addl. Tahasildar, Laxmipur, Chairperson, Laxmipur Panchayat Samiti, Sr BM, IPPB, Jeypore inter alia graced the event. About 550 people from the locality and adjoining GPs attended today's Mela. The attendees were offered services and enlightened about the offering from from DoP and financial awareness created. The dignitaries gave away awards to best performing staff.
