साइबर अपराध सम्बन्धी चेतावनी!
1. यदि तपाइँलाई कसैले TRAI (दूरसञ्चार नियामक प्राधिकरण) ले तपाइँको फोन डिस्कनेक्ट गर्न गइरहेको भनेर फोन गर्छ भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
2. यदि कसैले FedEx बाट कल गरी एउटा पार्सलको बारेमा तपाइँलाई 1 वा कुनै अंक थिच्न भन्यो भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
3. यदि कुनै प्रहरी अधिकारीले तपाइँलाई फोन गरी तपाइँको आधार कार्डको बारेमा कुरा गर्छ भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
4. यदि तपाइँलाई ‘डिजिटल गिरफ्तारी’मा रहेको बताउँछन् भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
5. यदि कसैले तपाइँको लागि आएको वा पठाइएको पार्सलमा लागूपदार्थ भेटिएको बताउँछन् भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
6. यदि उनीहरू तपाइँलाई कसैलाई बताउन नपाउने भनछन् भने, त्यस्तो कुरा नसुन्नुहोस्! साइबर अपराध प्रहरीलाई 1930 मा जानकारी दिनुहोस्!
7. यदि उनीहरूले तपाइँलाई WhatsApp वा SMS मार्फत सम्पर्क गर्छन् भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
8. यदि कसैले तपाइँको UPI ID मा गल्तीले पैसा पठाएको र त्यो फिर्ता गर्न चाहन्छ भन्ने भन्यो भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
9. यदि कसैले तपाइँको कार, वाशिङ मेसिन, वा सोफा किन्ने भन्दै आफू सेना वा CRPF बाट भएको र आफ्नो परिचयपत्र देखाउने गर्छ भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
10. यदि कसैले Swiggy वा Zomato बाट भएको भन्दै तपाइँको ठेगाना पुष्टि गर्न 1 थिच्न वा अरु केही गर्न भन्यो भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्! यो ठगी हो!
11. यदि उनीहरूले अर्डर रद्द गर्न वा यात्रा रद्द गर्न OTP मागे भने, जवाफ नदिनुहोस्। कुनै हालतमा फोनमा आफ्नो OTP कसैसँग पनि साझा नगर्नुहोस्!
12. कुनै पनि भिडियो मोडमा कलको उत्तर कहिल्यै नदिनुहोस्!
13. अन्यौलमा परेमा, आफ्नो फोन अफ गर्नुस् र नम्बर ब्लक गर्नुस्!
14. नीलो रंगको कुनै पनि लिंकमा कहिल्यै क्लिक नगर्नुहोस्!
15. यदि तपाइँलाई उच्च प्रहरी, CBI, ED, आयकर विभागबाट कुनै नोटिस प्राप्त भयो भने, अफलाइन माध्यमबाट सत्यापन गर्नुहोस्!
16. सधैं हेर्नुहोस् कि यस्ता पत्रहरू प्रामाणिक सरकारी पोर्टलहरूबाट आएका छन् वा होइनन्!
डिजिटल सुरक्षा उपायका लागि, फोन वा सन्देश मार्फत आफ्नो ठेगाना, स्थान, फोन नम्बर, आधार, PAN, जन्ममिति, वा कुनै पनि व्यक्तिगत विवरण कसैसँग पनि साझा नगर्नुहोस्। वास्तवमा, फोनमा आफ्नै नाम पनि स्वीकृत नगर्नुहोस्। जसले फोन गरेको छ, उसैले तपाइँको नाम, नम्बर, र तपाइँको कुनै पनि विवरण थाहा पाउनु पर्ने हो। उनीहरूले तपाइँको विवरण भए पनि, पुष्टि नगर्नुहोस्। केवल फोन काट्नुहोस् र ब्लक गर्नुहोस्!
यी सबै अवस्थामा, आफूलाई सुरक्षित राख्ने प्रक्रिया सरल छ: फोन काट्नुहोस्, नम्बर लेख्नुहोस् र ब्लक गर्नुहोस्! फोनको क्रममा कुनै नम्बर नथिच्नुहोस्, उनीहरूको कुरा नसुन्नुहोस्! केवल फोन काट्नुहोस् र नम्बर ब्लक गर्नुहोस्! सम्झनुहोस्, यदि उनीहरू तपाइँलाई दबाब दिइरहेका छन्, धम्क्याइरहेका छन्, वा तुरुन्त प्रतिक्रिया दिन वा कार्य गर्न भनिरहेका छन् भने, यो ठगी हो!
साइबर अपराधीहरूले तपाइँलाई फसाउन र ठगी गर्न नयाँ आइडिया र विधिहरू प्रयोग गरिरहेका छन्!
उपरोक्त सबै उपायहरू अवलम्बन गरे तापनि फसेको महसुस भएमा, स्थानीय साइबर प्रहरीले कुनै हिचकिचाहट बिना जानकारी दिनुहोस्, जसले गर्दा ठगहरूले तपाइँको प्रतिष्ठामा सम्झौता गर्ने मनसायलाई शोषण गर्न नसकून्!
