Today, we had the privilege of hosting our respected CEO at the training site along with the respected ADM & Collector, Unakoti District, DMC, DMMU Unakoti. He spent valuable time interacting with the SHG Didis, discussing their future plans, exploring potential market linkage opportunities, and understanding their requirements for growth and also giving valuable suggestions.

A significant step toward sustainable rural development was taken today at BMMU Pecharthal. We successfully distributed bee boxes to the dedicated members of the Madhumati Producer Group (PG).
We were honored to have the distribution led by our respected CEO, Shri Tarit Kanti Chakma, IAS, in the esteemed presence of the BDO of Pecharthal RD Block, the BAC Chairperson, and the DMC of DMMU Unakoti District and other dedicated officials of TRLM.
Our homegrown honey brand, Tripura Nectar, continues to receive excellent customer feedback. We are thrilled that our brand, Tripura Nectar, is not only winning hearts locally but has also achieved a massive milestone by reaching LBSNAA, Mussoorie! 🌟 This initiative is all about empowering our honey producers and building strong, sustainable livelihoods for the future.

We are thrilled to announce the successful inauguration of the Block Resource Centre (BRC) under the Startup Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP) at BMMU Kumarghat, Unakoti District.
​The centre was officially inaugurated today by our Respected CEO, Shri Tarit Kanti Chakma, IAS, in the esteemed presence of the ADM & Collector of Unakoti District, the BDO of Kumarghat RD Block, the DMC of DMMU Unakoti, and other dedicated officials.
​This new facility marks a significant milestone in empowering rural livelihoods. It will serve as a dedicated hub for our Self-Help Group (SHG) entrepreneurs, providing them with essential business consultations, skill-building training, and comprehensive support to help their enterprises thrive.

Capacity Building of NFCs with Advanced Skills & Modern Machinery under Unakoti District

Today marked the beginning of a 35-day Sewing & Stitching Skills Training Programme at PRTI, Kumarghat, organized in partnership with USHA International.

The inaugural programme was graced and chaired by the ADM & Collector, Unakoti District, along with the BDO, Kumarghat, DMC, Unakoti, and AGM, USHA International.

This initiative focuses on advanced skill upgradation and modern sewing techniques, empowering SHG women associated with our Non-Farm Collectives to produce high-quality, value-added products, strengthen their livelihoods, and move towards greater financial independence.

*The training is expected to result in quality, market-ready products under the brand “LoomUnocrafts,” showcasing the skills, creativity, and craftsmanship of our SHG women*.
