Leo Club of kailashahar , in collaboration with the Press Club kailashahar is proud to celebrate International Mother Language Day by organizing an Art Competition to honor and promote the beauty, diversity, and cultural significance of our mother tongues.

This event aimed to encourage creativity among participants while fostering respect for linguistic heritage and cultural expression. Students and young artists are invited to showcase their talent through artworks that reflect the theme of language, identity, and tradition.

Suhasini 4.0 – Promoting Menstrual Health & Hygiene Awareness, the Leo Club of Kailashahar successfully organized a meaningful service project at PM Shri R.K. Institution, Kailashahar. The main objective of the project was to spread awareness about menstrual hygiene, break the stigma surrounding periods, and promote healthy practices among young students.

During the program, members of the Leo Club conducted an awareness session highlighting the importance of proper hygiene, safe menstrual practices, and self-care. The initiative aimed to create a comfortable environment where students could openly learn and discuss menstrual health without hesitation.

As part of the service activity, the Leos distributed the following items among the students:
1. Sanitary pads
2. Cold drinks

The project was carried out successfully with active participation and positive response from the students and school authorities. This initiative reflects the Leo Club of Kailashahar’s continued commitment to community service and empowerment through awareness and support.

On the occasion of World Cancer Day (4th February), the Leo Club of Kailashahar successfully organized a cancer awareness service project at Kailashahar District Hospital and RGM Hospital.

The aim of the project was to spread awareness about cancer, promote hygiene and preventive health practices, and encourage a healthy lifestyle among patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
