Ugam Gramin Vikas Sanstha Ugam Gramin Vikas Sanstha was established by Mr. Our aim is to stimulate the spirit of the people and anchor them to achieve their dream of a better future.

We are a non-profit, non-government organization committed to enable and empower the most vulnerable sections of the communities in Hingoli district of Marathwada region. Jayaji Paikrao, a post graduate in social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in the year 1979-81. He became the first student to represent Marathwada region which is one of the most backward regions in Maharashtr

a. Having grown up in the same context, facing the challenges and vulnerabilities the organization was incepted with the vision to combat the same and act as an anchor for poverty alleviation. Ugam believes that the path towards sustainable development and conquer economic deprivation is through enhancing livelihood capabilities of the poor and empower them through knowledge and skill to access resources. The vulnerable and marginalized section of the communities should be equipped with the technical and non-technical skills that would enable them to fulfill their goals. We want to be a part of their journey as they endeavor to enhance their income, improve access to services and their rights and entitlements.
