Since the age of 19,He has been working as a social worker. His highest qualification is MBA in Operation. His NGO is named as the Youngistan Foundation, which many people know by the name of the Youngistan Army. In his college days he worked as *NSS Volunteers and Leader* under University of Mumbai from 2011-15. He have been Awarded with *Best NSS Leader* in 2012. His college has received the award of *Best NSS Unit* under Mumbai University in 2014 under his leadership. In view of his works, Face of Future India has also honoured me with the title of *"National Prerna Doot Award" 2020* and also selected for *"Pride of India Award"* by Purwar Achievers Foundation Delhi. In view of his NGO's work during the Pandemic period, many small and big organizations have honored his NGO as *Corona Warriors and Best Social Activists*. He have run many campaigns like *Beghar Ko Ghar, Social Awareness Activity, Blood Donation, Let's Fight Against Hunger, Waste Management, Sharing is Caring, Personality Development, Career Guidance, Free Sanitary Pads Distribution and many more* Apart from all these he have also supported during Natural Calamities faced by people in kolhapur. In which his team collected relief materials from Mumbai. A team of 15 volunteers went there for 6 days; There was a need to distribute food items, a school was closed for months because it was full of garbage and mud. His team cleared it all thoroughly and got the school started the next day after cleaning. Went to the hospital where there was a shortage of blood, so all the volunteers donated blood and distributed their cards to the needy. In pandemic period when an epidemic like Corona came into our country, he identified the biggest problem in our society was hunger, his team gave ration kits to 1200+ needy families. (In which the needed ingredients like rice, pulses, oil, salt, flour, potatoes, onions, gram were given) Along with this, a community kitchen named Yuva Rasoi was started, where food was prepared for 1000 people daily, which was distributed among the needy. About 60000+ needy people benefited from this. Where whole of India was at home, our Youngistan team could not go home for many days. He have started helpline no. 7021211400. To help more needy people. After this initiative his team used to get calls from many peoples and team used to deliver ration to their homes. In the beginning he used to distribute only in Kalyan East and Dombivli East, then gradually the calls kept increasing, then team increased their reach and helped the needy people till Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Shahad and Badlapur.Also at the time of Corona, there was a shortage of blood in all the blood banks and hospitals because people were not coming forward to donate blood, there was a fear of corona in them, even at that time our team had organized blood donation cap 2 times in which 150 + Blood units were donated. After witnessing all these problems in the pandemic He & his team decided to make a bigger team across the nation. Youngistan Foundation launched the Pride of Young Hindustan Award(National Youth Exchange Program). where every year 400-500 social activists and other people make nominations who are bringing change or inspiring in the society through their work. In that we select the best 30 and call them to Mumbai and organize a 3-day event where they can understand and know each other, then we honor them. It was started in the year 2021, so far 3 editions have been done, this happens in Every Jan from 5th January to 7th January.
Recently they have donated 95 cycles to the Thalwada in Shahpur, where the annual income of the people is less than 10 thousand, and the children have to walk 5-6 kilometers from there, along with education materials to the children from time to time. Along with this, they also provide other needy things.
