966 with blessing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. (1)I am independent auditor at CTA NGO Tibetan United Association,MOA and Rules and Regulation for Himachel Pradesh Societies Registration Act,1860 and MOA and AOA for section 25 Company NGO,Companies Act,1956 in India. (2)I am also Independent Auditor for CTA Military Rank Gyakpon Phuntsok Dorjee(Drapchi Regiment Captain 18 years service in exile or Captain Phuntsok Dorjee executive member in founding NGO Office five years and ten years tibetan military commissioned officer rank in exile 1973-1982)
