Zero CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSION TECHNOLOGY FOR COMMUNITY SIPHON LIFT IRRIGATION SYSTEM ON COMMUNITY PERCOLATION TANK BASED ON THE TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE IS COMBINED WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY FOR SMALL AND MARGINAL FARMERS AND THERE FRAGMENTED LAND HOLDING IN THE REMOTE VILLAGES WHERE ELECTRICITY IS ABSENT FOR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN VILLAGE DHAMINI TALUKA PATAN DISTRICT SATARA MAHARASHTRA. THE TRAIL OF SIPHON LIFT IRRIGATION SYSTEM IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED IN VILLAGE DHAMINI TALUKA PATAN WITH 100% FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION OF THE VILLAGERS IN THE YEAR 2006-07 FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS IDEA ON FIELD 72% FARMERS HAVE LESS THAN 0.40 HA. LAND WITH FRAGMENTED LAND HOLDING .

THE PROTOTYPE OF COMMUNITY SIPHON LIFT IRRIGATION SYSTEM ON COMMUNITY PERCOLATION TANK BASED ON TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE IS DEVELOPED BY THE AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS GREEN IDEA FROM THE LAB TO LAND WE NEED FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
